on my way home to N.B. from San Marcos, I see a gravel trail going right from Hunter Road under the power lines.
I don't see a fence [immediately- maybe its in further].
has anybody rode it? how far in can you get? what happens when you get caught?

hehe. All sound like good questions. Wish I could help you. If you find out though, let us know. Might make for a good story to tell too. hehe. Is there a road sign at all? Any postings at all?
Good luck and be careful if you go in. :)

It actually is more of a dualsport question. May get more response there.

ok. its been a while. I took the road about a 2 weeks ago. it went in about 7/10ths of a mile.. until the first locked gate. it was a fun 7 /10ths. I have street tires on the klr so i was a little concerned about the surface in some spots. first and second gear standing on the pegs feeling like a real adventurer :rider: .
There is a dumpster grave yard and a pile of wheels and tires. Some of the wheels look like mid 70's pontiac steel mags - like what would come on a 72-73 gran prix. Some of the tires were extremely wide whitewalls. a friend of mine wants me to go back in and make sure they aren't on vintage wheels.
too bad the gate is locked. it probably goes several more miles in till it crosses 32 at some point.
