That is a great idea. I would like to see one in action.

The old "snakelite" does the same thing but is even more versatile as it can be fixed into nearly any position.

A headmount LED light is also highly recommended. Picked that idea up from TM while loading bikes at night. The one I use has three options (blue and red LED's plus a regular incandescent). The LED's last WAY longer and don't blind you at night when they reflect off of shiny metal (I have a polished frame) like "regular" light will. Something I never thought about....
