Wow! What a difference a few thousand makes; from the 80 to the 5300.

BRAG ALERT:
The 5300 pix were taken at today's meet where Jamy won medals in every even: 2nd place beam, 2nd place bars, 2nd pace vault, 3rd place floor, and 2nd place All-Around.
 
Mega Kudos to Jamy on the placings. Very impressive :clap:
Congrats on the shots, too.
 
Double what Gary said, congrats on her medal/placing....

And yeah, there's a world of difference between the two bodies and it's quite evident in the shots. Now, just try to focus on the great action shots which show facial expressions and also think about white balance options, like a setting or possibly manually entering one....

I started playing with white balances at this event. But, the colors seemed WAY off. Except for less vibrant coloring, what you see in the pix is exactly how it looked in there with their lighting. I am still practicing to get it right.
