The Heli's worked out great. I had some wrist pain the last day when I did almost 700 miles back from Birmingham, but overall I'm very happy with them.

The E21 side cases are a little small but they were perfect for a 5 day road trip. If I was going for an extended trip I'd probably try to hunt down some E360's. The E460 topcase is pretty much a permanent fixture on my bike. My laptop fits nicely inside while I commute during the week and on the weekends it's nice to have the extra storage if we are out and about.

The bike handled great in the hills around Birmingham with the cases on and loaded.

Looks like you had a good ride from the pictures. Cant wait to read to write up.

Its making me really anxious to get out on my ride that way (to Nashville) next week. I cant wait.
