I have been looking for a smaller Givi case for everyday use since my E52 is just too big for anything short of a weekend trip.
I was considering one of the cheap Chinese knock-offs when I remembered I had an old Pelican 1550 gun case that was collecting dust in the closet. I drilled three holes in the bottom and used the mounting bolts from my Givi universal adaptor to attach the box to my Triumph luggage rack.
Tough, waterproof and a perfect size for running errands & storing the crap I carry around everyday, including my laptop and briefcase. The color is fairly close to my bike, too. I might even put a back rest on it.
If you have one of these cases laying around, they work great for this application.
