This is primarily for the Houston crowd that will meet me somewhere to pick it up. If you're out of town and want it, $10 should be enough to get it to you if you win.
Up for grabs is an Olympus D-360L

On the heels of the wildly successful D-340R filmless digital camera (a camera that had won nearly every award in its class) is the CAMEDIATM D-360L. Like the autofocus D-340R, the D-360L has all the convenient consumer features you need in a filmless digital camera, including a compact, lightweight design, low price, all-glass aspherical lens system, and 2x digital telephoto mode. And that? s just the beginning. The new autofocus D-360L isn? t just an improvement over its predecessor, it's a whole new style of entry-level camera. Advanced features previously found only in the top-of-the line filmless digital cameras include selectable ISO ratings, exposure compensation, selectable digital ? ESP? matrix, spot metering, auto or preset manual white balance, two compression ratios in Standard Quality mode for more imaging options, and a six-mode automatic flash with a new slow syncro flash. The results are photo-quality images at a consumer-level price tag.
As before, pick a number between 1 - 100. The person closest to that number without going over will win the camera. Entries will be accepted until 2:59 PM CST on Sunday, July 2.
It will come with a nice padded case, a video cable, and a single 8 mb card. It uses AA batteries so replacement is a non-issue.
The memory card door is loose and must be kept in place with a piece of scotch tape. If the door is not secured the camera thinks the door is open and will not take a photo.
Instructions are not included but can be found HERE (http://www.swarthmore.edu/NatSci/echeeve1/Ref/Olympus/Camera.html).
