This guy rides his Big Dog chopper across the country to Sturgis.

Here is the deal: I will mail or physically deliver this book to you on the condition that you pass the book on when you are through reading it.I am willing to mail it out the first time at my expense or we might be able to hook up at a M&G or pie run or even run a relay with another biker. I have no interest in getting the book back, as long as it is traveling and being read.

Here is how this will work: Post to this thread or PM me, telling me that you would like to read this book. If you request more than one book at a time, I reserve the right to place you down the list so that I am not mailing all of the books I have listed to the same person at the same time.

I will maintain the lists of readers for each book, with an indication of who currently has the book in the first post of each thread. To make this work, you will need to find this first post, identify the next person on the list that wants to read the book, then PM them for an address or to make other arrangements for a transfer after you have finished reading the book.

As books are sent on to the next rider-reader, please post to the thread so that I can update the list. Also leave a little review of the book if you like.

The person on the list that is highlighted in blue text currently has the book.

3) pacman1

Graubart,

I just wanted to let you know that I recieved "Detours" today 7/14/06. Do you have anyone in line to recieve it next? It should not take me long to read it......I'm working the graveyard shift.

I'm glad the book got there safely. No one else has put themselves on the list, so take your time. Let me know when you are finished and which book you want next and I will send it on.

Also, there is no reason to send the book back to me if no one else has signed up by the time you have finished it. We will just wait until someone does sign up and if they don't.....I guess you got yourself a book! :lol2:

I have finished with this book. Who is next?

I apologize for not responding sooner, I've been in Canada on business.

Anyway, there is no one else on the list, so you can just tuck it in a book shelf somewhere until someone does sign up, or foist it onto someone else at a pie run or other TWT gathering. :lol2:

There is no need to spend money on sending it back to me. :sun:

That sounds like a cool book, I'd like to read it after Pacman.
Shoot, he can prolly fling it to me since we are both in Burlyville.

Well, I have finished this. It was a pretty quick read and came just as we were going on vacation. Would anyone else like to reade it? I'm happy to pass it on.
