What: A small shop manufacturing custom parts for the DL1000, DL650 and FJR1300. Exceptional quality skid plates, oil cooler guards, light bars and dash shelves. I know of two members who have had issues resolved before they could ship the product back when breakage occurred. Another had a redesigned part swapped out again with wait for a return process.
I ordered a skid plate and oil cooler over the phone because he only had PayPal listed as payment type. He confirmed he did not otherwise accept credit cards, but shipped the parts out with nothing more than an invoice and a promise to mail him a check! When asked, he said, "I've never been burned by a motorcyclist in 40 years, that's just the way I do business".
