If I stay way over here do you think I have a better chance at getting the holeshot?

A few more from Skull Creek

Mopower getting ready for the start of the one hour classes.

3rd place School Boy class

Instructor and student both placed third in each of their classes. Alex had a little talk with his student (little brother) after the race. Seems that they have a way of finishing in the same place at each race Kyle has been at and Mopower doesn't want a 6th or last place finish. What made so funny was Kyle told him Saturday afternoon that since he had finished third so would Alex.

Not a fun sight to see at a race. Life Flight leaving with one of the School Boy class racers. Dislocated hip during practice. A fellow MSRA member and riding partner of Mopower. Alex was one of the riders that helped carry the strecher out of the creek bottom where the accident occurred.

Wow... life flight for a dislocated hip? I thought they saved that for the potentially life threatening stuff  I hope he makes a full recovery! Thanks for the pics! Looks like it was a blast. I know how excited and proud I get just when Sarah learns how to do the simplest thing. It must be even better seeing them do something like this  Congrats to both of them! :thumb:

Tourmeister, as a friend and riding partner of the young boy I will try to explain the Life Flight call. At the time it was feared he had a broken femur which can be very serious obviously. Also it would have involved a transfer from Columbus and a very long ambulance ride. The paramedics thought it best not to take a chance with a young boy.
