Hey there. Been lurking for a quite a while with little to add. Until your post I was unaware of Brushy Creek. I've gone to Rocky Ridge and am a member of East Texas Dirt Riders, but would like a closer place for a quick ride. Can you give me a brief synopsis of your take on the place? Relatively safe? Too many 4-wheelers (of truck or ATV variety)? How are the trails for bikes? My wife is a novice rider -- is there enough to keep her interested? Enough to keep an experienced rider entertained?

Feel free to PM if you prefer.

Thanks.

Hello,
The track isn't maintained this time of year, so my judgment is going to be off. Also it is too hot for most, so it was fairly quite. only 5 or so trucks.

The track is okay, black dirt, so I would hate to be there when it rains.

The trails were nice, but short we made a mile or so loop and played. There is a nice little creek that gives some elevation change, but again, I have only been when it was dry. I truly prefer Red River, but that is one heck of a drive.
Also, have you tried bondoxx near prinston? It is small, but for $10 it is very close to me (Plano)

Oh yeah, to directly answer your questions.

I think the track and the trails are great for a beginner to get the feel for the bike but if you are an intermediate rider you would probably get bored quick. We were making most of the trails in 5 minutes or less.

Thanks for the info. We'll give it a shot. We're planning on being out there around 8:00 or so, too.

Two trucks - YZ250f, TTR 125LE, and a friend with a CRF150.
