Bromeliad

I got inspired by everyone using their macro lenses so I knocked the dust off of mine and took it out the other day. Butterflies originally drew me outside, but they would not settle for more than a few seconds. I settled for a few shots of my bromeliad that had recently bloomed. These were taken in the middle of the day with pretty harsh light. I went somewhat heavy-handed on the post processing, but I like the way they turned out.
