The decals are available by phone through TPWD at (512) 389-8917. You have to pay by Visa, M/C, or Discover. The decals are $8.00 each. I just ordered mine.
You have to provide the year, make and model of the bikes you are getting stickers for, but no VINs or registration information.
The good news:
The stickers are good for a year, not just through the end of the month, despite what the TPWD web site says.
