9 out of 12 stinks, but I'd say go RB/QB. Preferably on the same team - risky if there's an injury but it works out if they each have a decent season.
Maybe one day you'll get out this way for MNF? :rider:

hey guys,
when we met last week for the tarrant county meet and greet, we found a few riders that want to meet up and ride out together. so l8rg8r and i were gonna have a meeting spot in south fort worth at i-35 and i-20. we were thinking about the radisson that is right there. probably need to leave there by 8 am. then from there, we are gonna meet up with a coupla of my friends (and anyone else who wants) in Mesquite. there's a walmart at 80 and beltline that they recommended. we plan to be there at 9 am and head out shortly there after.
i'll get this firmed up with l8rg8r but this should allow plenty of time for some chit chat and introductions and still get us to mineola a bit early.

That is exactly what I was asking. Just trying to find an interesting way to get there from Rockwall.
Take 276 across Tawakoni. Coming into Emory on Hwy 69, turn south on 19 and immediately east on 3274. Right on 779 to Golden, then 1799 down to 80 and over to Mineola. That's about as good as it gets for that area. 779 is a good road with sweepers.
I'm loading a route for the long way home that will go down to Big Sandy and catch 1002 and 852 back to Winnsboro and then head west. Any metroplex folks who want to follow can add 100 miles and some decent curves to their ride home and be welcome.

Yup, if you stay on 779 and cross 69, it will take you to 37 and you can head south on 37 into Mineola. 779 is about it for anything resembling fun from here to there.....
Myself and a freind or two are meeting at Poor Richards in Plano Saturday morning at 7:30 for breakfast. Anyone who would like to, is welcome. We plan on heading out around 8:30 for Mineola.
Through Wylie, Rockwall, 276 accross Tawakoni, etc, etc.... Poor Richards is at K ave and Park in East Plano (East of 75 on Park).

Anybody have a group together to ride up from Longview or Kilgore?
Terry, We're thinking of leaving Kilgore about 9 a.m., heading east on 1252/16 to Winona, then north to 1002. Will take 1002 :rider: to FM 49, then through Pine Mills and down into Mineola.
If you or anyone else from the area would like to hook up, that'd be terrific. Mostly I'm using it as an excuse to ride 1002 again... great curves.

The police academy building here, immediately north of El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant, is about as easy to find as anything in town. If that's okay, we can hook up there. There's a red light there, Exxon station on the left, Bert Woodruff Center on the right. We'll be in the parking lot by 9 a.m. Let's ride.

hey guys,
when we met last week for the tarrant county meet and greet, we found a few riders that want to meet up and ride out together. so l8rg8r and i were gonna have a meeting spot in south fort worth at i-35 and i-20. we were thinking about the radisson that is right there. probably need to leave there by 8 am. then from there, we are gonna meet up with a coupla of my friends (and anyone else who wants) in Mesquite. there's a walmart at 80 and beltline that they recommended. we plan to be there at 9 am and head out shortly there after.
i'll get this firmed up with l8rg8r but this should allow plenty of time for some chit chat and introductions and still get us to mineola a bit early.
