Ok, on the ZRXOA site there are a couple copies of Neil Pert's book "Ghost Rider" making the rounds. I have a copy and if there are a few that want to read this particular book..lemme know, maybe we can start a list. Someone gets it, reads it and sends it to the next person on the list.

Anyone interested?

Hum, I'm game. I'll be "ghost riding" till the bike get's fixed. So I 've got some time on my hands.

I'm curious as to your review of the book, but that might be a bit off-topic for this thread.

I read the book back in August, and have been following some of the reviews on other sites as well. It's interesting to me, being a drummer and a long time Rush/NP fan, to reconnect through motorcycles ... which has got me pulling out the old Rush albums and listening to them yet again. Funny how things later in life bring you back full circle. :)

I did the same and tried listing to some new RUSH.... I couldn't do it. I think there new stuff stinks. The book was great!!!!!

You mean you put your Rush albums up? Putting aside that he had the money to go wherever and whenever and stay at any hotel/lodging he wished and forgiving him some of his whines at points..I'd say overall I really liked the book, one I would read again. Abit like reading one of Ron Ayres books.

It gets off to a somewhat slow start, but you can't speed along tragedy or the angst of what to do next. I do appreciate that he never once quit riding because he could just fly anywhere else he wanted to be in the world. He comes across more "human" than I had thought he might, most celebs come across as arrogant and whiney.

Being a garage band drummer in my youth & motorcylist as well, I really enjoyed the book. Wasn't a huge Rush fan but the story was first rate, well wrtiten & heart warming. Tragedy and renewal, very inspiring. I'd luv to hear the album.

I wouldn't mind owning a Beemer someday, but I did acquire a taste for "The Macallan" after reading it. It's my favorite now.
