Some friends of mine are planning on riding the day after Thanksgiving. Either at Cherokee Cycle Park (http://www.cherokeecyclepark.com/) near Milano, or if we can get 10 folks or so to chip in $10 we will try to rent Crooked Creek Cycle (http://www.crookedcreekcyclepark.com/) park near Waco for the day. It is only $100 for a group to rent it so it would actually be cheaper than Cherokee on a per person basis.

Let me know if you are interested in riding and which place sounds better to you. STrider, Crooked Creek is wooded, but not as tight as Cherokee. Plus it flows much better. Some of the tracks are allowed to have ATV's on them so they more like tight double track instead. Other trails are bike only.

Sorry, I didn't get any responses and someone gave me a better offer so I'm canceling this ride.

I had a friend invite me out to his mini ranch to cut some trail and do some shooting. A little riding in between too. He's a good guy so I thought it would be nice to go help him for a while. Actually I will probably only help cut trail since this is on Saturday and I have a social engagement that afternoon.
