Three Palms 12/27/06

Went out to Three Palms today and got back on the track for the first time since my accident on 05/27/06.
Sure felt good cruising around working the corners and some speed bursts but no big doubles.
The weather and tracks were perfect.

Are you gonna be racing again?

No, my racing days are over. That last accident cost me too much money, it was more than a new HP-2. Sure am glad that I had insurance to help out. I am not 100% recovered and I'm not sure I will ever will at my age.
I had my fun accomplished something I always wanted to do so now it's at a slower pace.
It was fun riding with some of my racing friends trying to stay out of their roost.
