I'm a freebie-aholic and am getting things in the mail all the time. Well, I got this and don't need it, so I thought I'd offer it up if a fellow TWTer could use it, or maybe a family member or friend in need.

Anyone?

You're singing to my heart on the free stuff (note nickname). Although I never get stuff as nice as this!

We need to compare notes sometime.:trust:

This will be a nice unit for someone that needs one. I understand these testers are pricey for folks that don't have a medical plan that to cover it.

A great gesture on your part.

The monitors you can get pretty cheap, if not free. The test strips is where they get you... like printers and ink cartridges.

My wife is a Certified Diabetes Educator, RN/CDE... my friends are always hitting me up to hit her up for strips.

You're right about the strips, although most insurance companies will cover part or all of their cost providing a 'prescription' is written by the MD.

I prefer the monitors with the discs (compact and super convenient to carry/use = better compliance). But the the discs are more expensive than strips.

Very generous offer. I hope it finds a home.

The disc/drum testers are the easiest to use... but the pricest to supply :trust: As with everything... convenience costs ;-)

My wife was recently diagnosed with diabetes.

I'll take it, if you please.

Shall I PM you my address?

Thanks a lot.
