Yeah, I know it has been raining for days on end, but I am going stir crazy!

It will be a slick muddy mess, but we are still going to ride. I just got off the phone with Red River and they WILL be open tomorrow.

Tim and I will be up there between 9:30 and 10 a.m.

Anyone else game for some cold muddy carnage?

Cheers,

tp

You guys missed a good one...

It was beautiful out there today! Tim and I managed 36 mi. total through the mud and muck. Some parts of the property were perfect and others were slick as black ice.

We had several spectacular endos and crashes. No pics, it was just too dang messy out there to mess with the camera.

It was nice to log a few more miles before the first enduro out at Barnwell in a couple of weeks.

I am going to have to tear into my bike tomorrow and put a new top end in it though. Even with the limited traction today, my bike was completely gutless. Since Baja, the bike has had less and less power so it it time for a fresh top end.

Cheers,

tp

I doubt I will be able to make it out for a good ride this weekend.

I went ahead and dropped my bike off at Pro Privateer yesterday for a new top end. It will be Friday before they can get it back to me, then I will still have to break it in with a fairly short and easy ride. There is no reason to drive all the way to Red River for that.

Cheers,

easy as ..well.. pie. :eat:

Ride easily, change oil, ride rest of the day!

Understand though, your getting ready for the trophychase. Best of luck at Barnwell.
