Bike Has Been SOLD
Thanks for everyone that asked about it.

An almost new 2006 DR650 with 1,060 miles on it. I am selling it to get a smaller bike, this one just proved to be too tall for off road situations for me.

It has the heavy skid plate and Suzuki factory lowering kit, these stay on the bike. I am going to keep the saddle bags and windshield for the new bike.

PM me here or use email Jac99@swbell.net or phone number 713-899-7964. Asking $4,000.

Hey Joe, sorry to hear you are selling the 650. That is a great bike, I love mine. Have you had a chance to try out that smaller XT225 yet? Let's ride again soon. Dang work gets in the way of all the fun stuff.

I'll post them for you. You really need an online storage site to make it work right. I'll come over one day and show you how that all works. :rider:

Hi Russ, it was great having you and Bob join us at Big Bend. I really did enjoy the company. I stopped by a yamaha dealer in south houston friday and they had a 2005 xt 225 with 1800 miles in very good shape, I rode it around the block there and liked it so I bought it an out the door for 2500.00, Not sure if that was a good price or not, but I have it lol. I am not to worried if my 650 does not sale, after I get used to riding the 225 I may want to go back to the 650, I sure can tell the power difference between them, I do like the 100 lbs lighter of the 225. Be safe and when you get back we will have to make another bike/camping trip with Tom,Bruce,Bill and Bob and who ever else can join us.
Thanks
Joe

Thanks Bill, for posting the pic for me. I did put my windshield and bags on the 225 today, it looks like a touring bike now. My goldwing sitting next to it starting laughing at it lol . Let me know what day you have off and we can go find some trails close to us or head to galveston so I can get used to riding in the sand.

Windshield and bags on a 225? Does that happen to be an XT225? If so, I'd love any pictures and details you can share. -FLETCH

Why are all of these DS bikes for sale when I have no funds for purchasing one? :headbang:
