Just got a Garmin Streetpilot III

I just got a Streetpilot III off fleabay, has all the needed acc. with the exception of an external attena which I'll end up getting.

I was hoping someone from the DFW crowd had used one of this model, or had one now and could give me a primer on using this model. Coffee and/or food can be bartered for the time spent :trust:

I have the original cd version 4.01 I believe, and also 6.01 which are suppossed to be "unlocked", I thought there was a newer version out..I'll have to research that.

So, if you have the knowledge/experience with this unit and can meet up, I'd appreciate it. I'm going to L.A. and SoCal in a couple weeks for work and want to have it set up by then.
