ICON Halo helmet

MotorcycleUSA is having a clearance sale on ICON stuff. Any feedback on the Halo Helmets? Wife needs a new one. Her Shoei RF800 is a bit long in the tooth now. I could get a new XS Halo for $100.

I'm not familiar with the Halo, but my new Icon is the bees knees. Excellent fit (for me, YNMV), finish, and no louder than any other I've had. It's a bit snug pulling over my ears, but then, that may be a function of my ears more than the helmet.

A handful of folks will talk bad of Icon, but the stuff I've had of theirs has always been good. If you can get over the "squid's gear of choice" image, I think Icon is a quality brand.
