I figured we should start mapping out the really good trails we find around Clayton. This is just a waypoint, so the rest of the trail will be a surprise.
This was a really good trail we found on our last romp around Clayton, OK. The GPS coordinate is the trailhead and starts you at the easier end of the trail. It will be harder from the other end that we came. I would rate it at intermediate with small creek crossings, lots of ditches, beautiful scenery, log crossings, and some short technical climbs. It is too small for jeeps and too technical for KLRs :eek2: . Trust me, I rode one for quite a while and you don't won't to take it on this trail.
I am pretty sure I broke something in my ankle on this trail, so I will name this trail "ankle breaker". I took a big dab in 2nd gear, after smashing into a rock while looking at my GPS.
There are alot of really good trails concentrated in this area.
