I was reminded I wanted to do this by txmedic's thread here (http://www.twtex.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18202), but this is a road hazard of a different sort.

For those of you (CagivaDave, :loco: ) who routinely find yourselves on Mueshke Road north of 290, they've put down a portion of 2" asphalt overlay at the first curve north of 290, at the entrance to the new neighborhood. They've NOT, however completed the overlay, and traveling in the north-bound lane requires you to first descend, then climb back up the 2" drop from the new pavement to the old. The pavement edge is very nearly parallel to the direction of travel, so it could be more than a bit unsettling in making the transition. I hit it the other night and other than a slightly unnerving wiggle, it was ok - but it's not hard to imagine a way it could go bad in a big hurry, particularly if hit at the wrong angle.

Be careful.
