I've got a couple of maps I've drawn but they're on my home computer. I'll try to find them and post them tonight.

Any paved road North of I-40 up into Southern Missouri is good ;-)
Are you just looking to do some loops? Where would you be starting and where would you want to end?

I will be based out of Clarksville, and would like some Loops around there. Thanks for the help.
Yes paved would be nice, since I will be on the CBR, and not the KTM :)

What kind of mileage are you comfortable doing in a day, say between 9:00am and 6:00pm? Just trying to get an idea of what sized loops you are up for.

Anywhere from 300-500 per day, Of course if it gets too technical we can always head back. My 07 CBR does not have much range if you have it in the upper RPM's, So I will have to stop for gas about every 110 miles. Thanks for the help Scott :)

Sweet! That saves me a LOT of typing! I'll attach the GPS file. You have City Select 8.0?

Okay,
:tab Here you go.
:tab If you do the Alt parts of the East loop, the mileage figures are not out and back, so you need to double them to get the total miles. Those two Alt sections are definitely worth doing twice! You can get food/gas in Clinton, Mountain View, and Marshall. Between Marshall and Clarksville, there isn't any gas, but there is Hankin's General Store (munchies and restroom) at the intersection of 123, 7, and 16. Just up 7 where 16 turns West, there is a little town of Deer. There is a little Cafe on the left if you are coming from 7. Great food! I think there might be gas there too, can't remember for sure though. If you do the Alt routes, there is food and gas in both Mountain Home and Yellville. If you do this entire route with the Alts, make sure to leave early ;-)
:tab On the small North loop, you can get gas in Jasper, Huntsville (NW corner of loop) or in Ozark (SW corner). Jasper has some Cafes that have decent food, same for Huntsville and Ozark. The idea on this loop is that there are several sections you may want to do more than once (123 between 7 and Mt. Judea :trust:) Might also make a nice last day ride. I usually try to knock out the long days first as your endurance may fade over several days if you are not used to this much prolonged twisty riding.
:tab Alrighty then, the BIG loop. Gas in Eureka Springs. Eat in Capre Fair. Right were Mo 76 hits Mo 173 there is a nice little 50's Cafe on the corner. Good food and friendly folks. Gas at the huge Conoco where you cross US 65 on US 160. It is on the two way feeder road on the WEST side of US 65. Next gas in Yellville at Hwy 14/US 62 after you cross the ferry on Hwy 125. Ferry stops running at 7:00pm I think. No gas Yellville to Clarksville unless you scoot over to Jasper or maybe Deer. This loop hits some of the best roads up there, Ar 23, MO 86, MO 76, MO H, MO 125, Ar 125, and Ar 123. There won't be much time for messing around if you plan to do this whole route. Leave early and make your stops short.
:tab Just a warning. The backroads in Arkansas are ALL 55mph. So be careful ;-)

Here's a ton of options - I can't vouch for hardly any of it but some are routes from Tourmeister.

I just returned from a week long trip to that area of Arkansas. A file showing my entire route in text is here, in the second note - http://www.twtex.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14565. I have jpg maps of every bit of this ride, with a few extra side trips - PM me if you want me to email them to you.

The trip was great, Scenery was awesome and the traffic was very light to none. I highly recommend going to AR during the week instead of the weekend. There is hardly anyone on the roads during the week.
Thank you again Scott and Rebecca for sending great route info :rider:
