Red River cycle ranch conditions?

I know the red river itself is still nice and high, but does anybody know what the riding conditions are at the red river cycle park? Want to head up there on Saturday, but don't want to get there to find it's too muddy to ride. Not sure I can trust the advice of the folks who answer the phone...
