What happened?

The "Dealerships, Local Shop and Aftermarket Vendor Reviews" has the "TEMPORARILY CLOSED TO POSTING" thing. How long is this to last and what caused it? Is it related to or in conflict with the ads being sold?

I believe it was replaced by the Meet the TWT Sponsors section.
