Try the Bel Mar Hotel. Have not been there for a couple of years but used to cheap and relatively clean. John Wayne and his group used to stay there back in the 60's. It is in Old Mazatlan right on the beach. Oh yeah, you can park your bike in the lobby. They keep the lobby closed up at night with thick doors.
