spencer added gel and higher-density foam to my Bandit seat. It is significantly more comfortable - I don't get that "bone burn" after riding for a few hours. I've put nearly 2,000 miles on the new seat and it is great.
Spencer did the job and returned the seat to me within 4 days, too. He's a great guy to deal with and his work is top-notch.
