Did anyone hear about the motorcycle crash on I-35 in Fort Worth, somewhere near loop 820? I was told from the condition of the bike it did not look goot at all.

3 Crashes Snarl Traffic On I-35W In N. FW

POSTED: 3:35 pm CST November 7, 2007
UPDATED: 5:20 pm CST November 7, 2007

Police said two motorcycles were traveling northbound when one passed a semi-truck on the side, and when the other motorcyclist attempted to pass he hit the guard rail. The motorcycle came to rest in grass between the highway and an exit ramp. The driver was taken to a hospital where he was listed in critical condition, authorities said.

Two other collisions in the southbound lanes of Interstate 35W were the result of on lookers, police said.

A white pickup truck struck a BMW. The Jaws of Life was sent to rescue the trapped driver of the BMW, which was heavily damaged. The driver was taken to a hospital.

A van struck a second van, and someone from that crash was transported to a hospital.

The extent of the victims' injuries is not yet known. There was no word on whether other people were injured.

Only one lane of southbound traffic was getting by.

Yep, that must have been it. I pass over I-35 everyday on Heritage Trace Blvd which is just south of Alliance.
