Lol, I've got a "real" motard in my plated xr650r (and a cr250r for "real" offroad), and I don't really have any plans to take the Duc off road. That's the beauty of having several different bikes;-)
The Hypermotard is really just a naked sportbike with upright egos. It has all the positive attributes of the xr and addresses the negative aspects as well.
It's quick, nimble, smooth, and stable; and the brakes are the best I've ever experienced. Oh, and it really sounds awesome!
