Motorcycle Travel Stories

This is not an advertisement, and I don't personally know this guy, but I've been reading his very interesting travel stories for years now. His name is Guy Boutin, and he's known as "BamaRider". He tours every year around the country on his ST1300 and keeps this journal. He's a retired firefighter. I love reading his stories because he's doing what I would love to have the time to do. Loads of tips on long distance touring and gear, along with a folksy way of documenting his experiences. Really cool. Enjoy while the weather is a bit frightful out there.

Thanks for the heads-up. I really like sites like this. The guy made a lot of effort detailing his adventures, maintenance etc. Still perusing the site on and off.

You're welcome. I've spent hours reading his stories. He throws a bit of life philosophy in there as well. There are safety tips/comments, lodging tips, everything.
