Alterations for M/C Pants?

Finally found a pair of pants for my wife. She's pretty short at 5'1" and we picked up a pair of Olympia air glide 2 pants. The knee armor is actually across her knee (not her shins). We will need to have 5" taken off the bottoms (they are made to allow up to 6" of adjustment in the hem).

Does any one have any recommendations where to have the alterations done?

I'm in The Woodlands area.

There is a small shop on Rayford Road at the entrance to Imperial Oaks in the small strip center that my wife has used before for some alterations and a new dry cleaner/alterations shop just opened on Riley Fuzzle in the new Shell gas station building. That's two that I know about. Both on the east side of I-45.

Across from the mall north of Office Depot is a reputable tailor shop.
