For anyone that may be looking at the Mio C520 GPS for their bike, I have found a mount the works. The main item needed is produced by RAM, it is part number RAM-HOL-PD2U. I used this along with Ram P/N: RAP-274U and some home made pieces to get the C520 installed on my BMW R1100S. The home made parts are made from Delrin (plastic) and a 1" titanium tube, all sourced from eBay. :rider:

Good job!

I'm not familiar with this GPS. Nice big screen. Is it waterproof and tough enough for cycle use over the long run?

It isn't waterproof so I have to carry a couple spare zip-lock bags and cable ties for the wet days. I don't know how well the GPS will stand up to the vibration of a twin-cylinder.

I've had the Mio for almost a year and it has worked great in the car. The C520 is a Windows CE based device and also has MP3, Video and other capabilities.
