I bought a pair of these boots and the UPS shipping was lightning fast.
Very nice but my normal size 12 was way too small!
I called 1-800-747-0648 and spoke to "Payton" in the Parts Dept. and he was very courteous;
told me to send them back with a note and he would send the next size larger.
I've never worn a 13 before but I will now.
Anyone interested should order a size larger than you would normally wear.
