RKA-Luggage (http://rka-luggage.com/). Designs, manufactures and sells motorcycle luggage.

Mixed review. I bought the 16-liter n-charge tank bag. As tank bags go, is below standards on features (pockets, map case, water resistance). Very plain and basic. However, is suitable for putting all electrical appliances and connections in a tankbag with a neat setup for routing the cables and compartmentalizing the gizmos (Starcom1, in my case) and electrical connections.

Pros:
- Gizmo cable routing in and out of the bag.
- Internal compartment for gizmos and cables (Starcom1, Autocom, etc.).
- Low profile.

Cons:
- Pricey
- Very poor customer support for slightest mods. This is the irksome part. From the website, they would lead the casual reader to believe that they cater to customer requests. Quite the opposite. My two requests (minor modifications to the map case) were met with incredulous and defensive responses. The tone was almost to challenge my intelligence for thinking that their product should be modified in anyway. I was so taken aback that I did not challenge the owner (R). Just apologized and hung up--maybe that was his objective. ;)

Summary: If their product exactly fits your needs and you are willing to pay up for otherwise limited features, you are likely to be satisfied. Don't bother asking for any mods or changes except for the color options as offered on their site.

Kent, sorry you had a bad experience with them. I had a great experience with them several years ago. I sent an old bag in to have the base (fleece) replaced. After inspecting my old bag they agreed (Richard if I remember the name) to "renew" it (I didn't buy the bag new, it came with a used bike) or give me a generous trade in on a new bag. I took the new bag. The reason I like their bags is they use a true 3 point hookup making the bag really stable unlike many tankbags that have only the loop around the steering head and rear attachment. It's been my experience these bags tend to flop around while an RKA bag never moves. On the flipside, I wasn't interested in any custom work and was happy to just have handy storage. You KNOW how tempermental those artistic types can be
