As we all know and feel, prices of gas are not the lowest we have seen in quite some time.

This is one reason for this thread. We want to start a thread where people can chime in to see if we can pair up people together, so that the drive up to the track will be easier on the pocket, and with some company.

So, let this thread be for the folks in the DFW area.
Here are the guidelines for posting in this thread. Post in here if:

- You are going to ECR on July 19/20, and have space for an extra rider with his/her bike.
- You are going to ECR on July 19/20, and need space for yourself and your bike/gear.
- You are going to ECR on July 19/20 to do corner work, and would like to drive up with someone that is already coming.
- You have a trailer that you would not mind lending to a board member for the trip to the track.

It will be assumed that the person driving their vehicles will at least split the gas costs with all who are sharing their transportaion. Of course, it will be up to you all to come to an agreement as to who pays what to whom, when and how.
I am sure an extra six pack of brewsky would not hurt if one was to add it to the gas costs.

So if you want to go, or are already scheduled to go, sound off on this thread. Let us know what equipment you have, or let us know what transportation you need to get you there. Please include where you live, so that others in your vicinity can respond to your needs. Use the PM system on this board, or make sure to provide your email or other contact information, to get in touch with the candidates you think are near enough to you.

We hope that this will start some sort of bike trailer pooling to help each other with fuel costs for the way up to the track and on the way home.
RideSmart does not guarantee everyone that sounds off will get a ride. It will be up to you to make the proper arrangements, so act quickly.

This may be the easiest way to mitigate the rising gas prices. If we all work together, we will all get to enjoy the tracking experience.
By the way, this is not a requirement to attend the track either. It is simply a way for people with needs to have a way of contacting people that can provide solutions to those needs.

If you have space for more than 1 bike and rider, let us know too. Riding up together will surely make for a great experience for everyone.

Take care, and we hope to see you all at the track.
