This is an interesting topic for me, too.

I had my bike Dynojet'd once at the Lone Star Motorcycle Museum in Vanderpool. Allan, the owner, pooh-pooh'd the notion of different HP measurements by different dyno types. A single, slightly clumsy, 4th gear roll-on test yielded 100.0 HP.

I've also had it Factory Pro'd at AF1 Racing. The owners there claim that it's a more accurate result, and to add 15% to get the Dynojet equivalent (also noted in Scott's 2nd link, above). Multiple step test results yielded about 100.7 HP.

So, my conclusion is "whatever." Either measurement shows I got way more HP than I probably need/deserve ;) .

The important thing is to have access to a given dyno that yields consistent results. I think I have that with the AF1 dyno (plus, it has an EGA, so tuning can be much more accurate).
