For those of us who travel alot alone on the bikes, this service is nice because it allows you to create a web log that you can share with family and friends to track your progress on a ride. You control how often the transceiver updates your position, and there is an option for "fuzzy" mode which will keep your speed and exact location private. There's an optional pager with this service, so that should your wife/mom/dog need to get ahold of you, they can send a page, and it will flash an LED on your dash.
The price looks a little high (to me at least), but you do have the option to make 3 equal payments on it, so it doesn't hit you all at once. This has been one of the easiest farkles for me to get Cass excited about, so it might also help some others get a kitchen pass to ride when they might not have otherwise.
