Love the site Scott and I am sure that I will be spending way too much time here and less on work (great just what I need, another reason to blow off work and day dream about riding).
Just a suggestion, how bout a motorcycle related links page that might include some good shops around Texas for maintenance and sales of rides and stuff. Think we can all use a little more info along these lines.
Anyway, just a thought. Thanks again for putting this site togther.

Howdy,
I thought about that. Originally, I was trying to keep the number of forums to a minimum. The reason was to keep page loading times down. Everytime you move around, the pages have to reload. For broadband users this is no big deal. For modem users, it can be a pain in the butt.
How does this sound? In one of the current forums, I can add a new post and make it a sticky. It will always be the first post. Then if anyone wants to add links, they can do so by posting a reply to the sticky post. If anyone wants to find something, they can use the search feature at the top of the page and it will give them a listing of all relevant posts containing their search words.
Right now, this board is running in a subdirectory of my personal website. If we get a good sized membership, I will probably set up a dedicated website for the board which will include more features. The problem is one of money :? Right now I have time to spare but not cash!! Hosting fees for a decent service start around $12-15 per month. If the bandwidth and storage start getting large, that goes up in a hurry. It also does not include the cost of registering a domain like, TwoWheeledTexans.com, which I am considering doing soon. Or something similar. Then I can do the forum as just one part of a whole site and I'll setup a way for people to make donations to the cause. All money being used to support the site and forum, and not to buy me aftermarket goodies
Thanks for the suggestion though. :)
