Surfing I came across this site that has some nice collections of pictures he's done. Running through the collections, there's a ton of possibilities for picture taking while out on the scoots in this great state of ours.

I hope these get some interest going in what's possible with a camera.

???? I guess I don't have the 'inside' scoop on this one.

The collection of white churches I thought was excellent BTW. Good compositions/framing/exposures etc.

Move up to the root directory for some more of this guys works. It's good stuff...

great find, I was surprised at how many I recognised. I knew the Mission Espirtu Santo looked familiar, and so I googled it, and sure enough it where I though. Goliad state park, I've been camping there as a kid, even did a few feild trips.

maybe I should send him a pic of the church I posted up in the "where am I" thread that seems to have everyone stumped

I've often though about doing this, I love old churches

I've actually photographed this one; it's somewhere on 84 Between Ft Sumner, NM and Lubbock, I think on the NM side of the border (this is his):
