Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Polaris, Bombardier

I visited the dealership on several occasions over four years and always felt welcome by the sales staff (including the day I was sopping wet after a failed attempt at Marble Falls). I went in last week on Thursday to purchase a Kawasaki ZZR600 and was prepared to haggle the price. I never had the opportunity to--the bike was offered to me at $650 below MSRP with a nice discount off a 4 year extended warranty. I was given a very fair offer for my trade-in and obtaining credit was a breeze.

I worked with Mitch Milson, owner, as well as Mark Filler, who were both great. The dealership is located on a service road off of Northbound Hwy 377, right at the 377/Business split. If you want a good deal without the big city attitude, visit these guys!!

A while back, it was brought to my attention that my right rear shock was leaking around the compression damping adjuster. I took it into Granbury Motorsports in the bustling metropolis of Granbury, Texas. I showed them the admitedly small amount of oily residue around the base of the adjuster and told them about how the bike's handling had been a bit squirrely during high speed cornering. Their service manager was out at the time, but their sales manager, Mark, sat on the bike, bounced it up and down a couple of times, peered at the offending adjuster knob. He then went inside and looked up the part in question. Yes, folks, Mama Kaw wants the princely sum of $641.00 apiece for the rear shocks. He said they'd try to get approval to replace the shock under warranty. I explained to him that the service manual stipulates that the shocks be replaced as a set. He said, okay, they'd try to get Kawasaki to replace the shocks under warranty.

So I didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks. Figured that KHI was dragging their heels on such an expensive warranty claim. Got a call last Friday telling me that my shocks were in and I needed to bring the bike by to have them replaced. So today I rode on down there and they swapped them out while I waited. Got to sit there for a while and talk bikes with a fellow ZRX owner. And the bikes handling is 100% better. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership. We've bought two bikes from them so far, and I have no intention of shopping anywhere else for future purchases. If you're in the DFW area, these guys will take care of you.

Awesome! Again, really great to hear when a dealership steps up to the plate for you!
