Joe Parker the WWII Marine who owns the Legends Inn in Junction passed away Thursday. Semper Fi, Joe!!

Too many of those old guys passing away. Soon there won't be any left. Such is life I guess. Hoorah for the old Devil Dog!

Guess it was time for him to go serve his final duty.

Joe was a great host for the Geezers and Scalawags every year. He had Kevin bring him over to the Legends from the nursing home for the last couple of years so he could say hi to everyone.
It was always great to make it to the G&S and be greeted by Joe with a cold beer and a big smile.
