Howdy,
:tab We are going to give a shot at making the bike night at Kings a regular event. We are going to shoot for the last Thursday of each month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Thursday seems to be the most popular day judging from previous turnouts. I'll post reminders as each Thursday gets nearer. For now the next one is scheduled for July 31st.
:tab Kings is located one block North of Hwy 105 on FM 149 in Montgomery. There is a large deck off the back of the restaurant and plenty of parking.

This sounds great and now that I am through with the break-in period on the Ninjette I should be able to make it (weather and wife permitting). Be sure and post this on the other boards as well (HSN and TSBA).
Thank

I will most certainly try to make a return engagement up to Kings. If anyone who knows the roads up and around there (the forest ride) and would like to ride before the meeting, please give me a shout.

I'm going to do the best I can to make it. However, I may not be able to get there until about 7:30.

Hmmm... I usually post on the HSN, but I am not a TSBA member nor do I even know where their forum is on the web. Perhaps someone could cross post the info on the site for me?

what time & where do we all meet up for the ride up to Richards? Oh yea Scott are you picking up the tab on the speeding tickets? :-D  I heard that 149 is being patrolled pretty steady.

Umm... NO! With the incredibly nice smooooth pavement, I am sure the bikes have been really blasting through there faster than normal and the locals are getting a little peeved about it. I try not exceed 70mph or drop below 70mph the whole way :) I would imagine that Thursday evenings are not a heavy patrol time, as opposed to a Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoon.
I've no idea if anyone is meeting or getting together to ride up from Houston. I imagine there might be a group leaving from Patrick's shop. He is planning on attending based on the last time I spoke with him.

I don't think I'll be making it this time. My lower back has been bothering me a bit lately from pulling a muscle and I'm not quite sure a long ride will do me any favors. :( Looks like I'll just be making the local bike night at Sonic. See everyone next time I guess. Enjoy the Forest. The fresh surface is GREAT! :-D

I have not seen Patrick post up anywhere about heading up to Kings tonight. Do you know if he is and about what time?
Thanks

Hey Stuart,
:tab Give him a buzz at his shop 281-444-0545. I spoke with him Tuesday and he said he was coming and bringing a group with him. He does not tend to post here, mostly at HSN.
:tab Oh good grief Chris! Take some Doans and get on the bike! It has to be good therapy :-P

Sorry I missed you Mark. My back has been out of the realm of medicinal cures for the past week or so, so I've been trying some physical therapy. I'm trying to avoid seeing a Chiropractor. All that bone cracking stuff doesn't sound like too much fun. My HeliBars should arrive today, so after some more stretching and exercise, I should be good to go on the bike. I hope to make it to the next one and see you there. 8)
