TWT members,

I'm very new to the forum, and being out of country have not had the priveledge to meet any of you face to face. But I know, having read the many words of truth here, that you are bothers and sisters in Christ.

This morning three members of our PSD/Security company were killed when the three vehicle convoy they were in came under attack, while enroute to the Baghdad Airport. One was an American, one an Aussie, and one a Canadian. A few others sustained injury. Pray for the families, wives, sons, daughters, mothers and fathers of these men and speedy recovery for the wounded.

I should be home (The Woodlands) on the second of May. How I long to wrap my arms around my wife and kids. So I ask you to throw a prayer in there for me so that I make it home safe.

Thanks all & God Bless.

:tab I have such a cushy job and so often take it for granted. This is a gripping reminder not to be so complacent. Please be careful and we will be praying for your safe return.

Adios,

Carlos

Six more today, in the Mi-8 shootdown, from Blackwater USA. I had a bud who works for them, he leaves for Iraq on 27 April.

My condolences to the families of James, Chris and Stefan, and to all those who have died or have been injured trying to make Iraq a better place.

M2,

Do you mean six more people were killed today? I don't watch the news at all so if something happened I will have missed. What is an Mi-8?

Adios,
