I have a 04 BMW R1150R and am looking to install the throttlemiester on my bike. Has any one ever used that device? If so is it easy to use? Easy to install? Is is worth the money? :-? Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks :-D

I have never used one, but I thought I would let you know what I have used. I have the Throttle Rocker, and it is nice compared to nothing at all. It is just a plastic device that clips on your throttle tube/grip and has a paddle that you push on with your palm. It allows you to open your hand without letting off the gas. I like mine for long trips, and I dont have to worry about unlocking anything. They also make the Throttle Rocker 2 which velcroes around your throttle tube and seems a little easier to put on.
Good luck,
Vaughn

I've had it on an 1100RT, 1150GS, and an F650GS. It has been a great accessory. I use it mostly when riding in a group and need use of my right hand for some reason. Also on long trips with long straight roads to ease the grip on the throttle, this minimizes fatigue and got rid of numbness I use to get on the RT (shorter bars).
When properly adjusted, you should be able to slip your little finger over as the throttle is applied and it should hold its position. Try installing it first without any adjustment and see if it starts to "bind" the throttle travel within about a 1/4 turn. This will allow some margin for when you use the heated grips. If adjutment is necessary, you will need to loosen the throttle/brake-fluid-reserve assembly and SLIGHTLY slide in/out as necessary on the handlebars. HINT HINT There is a sneaky screw on the R1150 bikes !!!! You need to remove the mirror stalk to see it  It is a tiny little screw pointed at the rider inside the mirror stalk hole :suicide:
The only time I've had to adjust mine was one time after using a "canyon dancer" strap to trailer "Blue Jeans". This strap pulls the grips "inward".
It would not be a bad idea to put some light duty Loctite on the bar end bolts after the install.
Good luck, let me know if you have any other questions.
