I had been having issues with a few Kuryakyn pieces that I had purchased and felt that they were not responding to my questions/concerns in a positive manner. I happened upon Texas Cycle Chrome on Hwy 290 near Jones Road and spoke to the lady (Erin?) at the counter about my problems. She placed a call to Kuryakyn, got their permission to replace my 3 items, and took care of the entire transaction at no cost to me....and I was just a "drop in" customer. Their store is filled with farkles for all kinds of bikes and their attitude is "we'll take care of you". I wish I had found them sooner.
