Prasek's Smokehouse - Hillje, TX

if you are ever on 59 heading west towards victoria,tx.on the right not far from wharton is Proceck's in Hiljie,Tx. they have jerky and all kinds of smoked meats,plus they even have kalochies[dont think i spelled it rite].but they are great! oh yeah by the way its not a resturant its a store.

I have eaten at Prasek's on my way to Corpus Cristi and it is good.

Their selection alone is worth stopping to view.

I'm originally from the Victoria area and most of my family still lives down there. When traveling back home or when the folks come to visit me Proceck's makes the perfect half way pit stop between Victoria and Houston. Their kalochies and jerky is hard to beat, and their sandwiches aren't bad either.
