SW Motech Rear Rack + Givi sidecase rack=?

I have a 2006 canadian 650 bandit. I purchased and installed the tubular sidecase racks from GIVI and wanted to get the SW motech rear rack for the GIVI topcase. Would the match up and fit together or am I stuck to get the GIVI topcase ?

Since both the Givi sidecase racks and the SW-Motech Alurack use the grab rail mounting points I expect that the answer is you could probably make them fit together but you'd need to do some work on the spacers. They wouldn't work together out of the box.
