San Antonio to New Orleans???

Any other people with time on their hands? I am thinking of riding to New Orleans to have some good food!!!! Might hit a few good eatin places along the way. Might take several days to eat my way there and back!!! Can't go but be advised that most La. 2ndary roads are 55 mph, so if you don't want to use the superslab, allow more time than you thought. Good news is that the I10 rub board from the Texas line to about Lake Charles is smoothed out now.
