RS Track Day - TWS 5.25.2009 - IMPORTANT GATE INFORMATION

We were just notified by TWS management, that an automotive club is having an event at the facility on Sunday, and TWS management will keep the gates closed until all automotive club members have left.
Therefore, they told us that the gates will open at 7PM. Anyone planning on camping should be aware of this.

Also, they have notified us that the gates will remain open until 11PM, at which time they will be locked. Anyone who plans on getting there late should plan accordingly as well.

Last thing, please remember that riding commences at TWS at 8am SHARP (level 4 and 3). Level 2 goes out 20 minutes later at 8:20m, and level 1 wraps up the rotation 20 minutes after that at 8:40am. Same rotation applies for the duration of the event.

They are going to allow us to drop off the bikes even if we are not camping aren't they? I usually get there right at gate opening to ensure a covered spot in the paddock but spend the night in the hotel.
